District at Greenville

My family and I have been living at the District Greenville for 8+ years. Jeremy the manager and his staff at the front office are the nicest most professional apartment teams I’ve ever worked with. I had a towing issue and Jeremy went above and beyond for me. The maintenance crew are always there to help and if anything comes up with the apartment as in maintenance they are always on time and they do the job right. They gym is always clean and ready for use. The District atat Greenville should be on anyone’s top list of places to call home.

My apartment was very good and was very well thought and well planned. The space provided for utilization is amazing. The amenities provided for the rent is unbelievably good. The recent renovation done on the houses can be counted as a fine work including the woodwork and all. The club house is very cool, just wish I could use the pool table anytime rather than just office hours! The only thing I wish was better if I was told before moving in was about selecting energy provider but that too got sorted out pretty soon. Jeremiah was very friendly and understanding of the move in sutuation and was very patient in answering all the queries. Mayra also was very sweet and helpful in a difficult situation.

I've lived here for 2, going on 3 years now. Just signed a new lease on a new unit and the process has been so flawless and easy, a huge load of stress taken off my shoulders. The office staff is easy to get along with, knowledgeable and kind. The complex and community is friendly, respectful, eclectic and well-maintained. I've lived in various apartments throughout Dallas over the years and this one is by-far my favorite.

We toured with Jeremy the manager. Super welcoming and the complex is clean and quiet. It looks like there is a lot of organization and structure at the complex and we really liked that. We applied on a Thursday evening and were approved and signed the lease by Monday morning. Easy process and open communication. We’re looking forward to moving in.

I moved into my unit in early March and waited until now to post a review. Jeremiah and Mayra are absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure I got into a great unit and continue to be taken care of. I have major health issues, and Mayra even checked that the air filters had been changed in the units we toured before I went in. As someone who was actively recovering from black mold poisoning at that time, this was an incredible kindness that I never asked for, but will never stop being grateful for. Maintenance has always been quick and professional. The people living in the complex are largely nice and well-behaved and friendly. The gym equipment isn’t great and much if it is falling apart, which is a huge bummer, and the parking spaces are way too small, but the units are disability-friendly and the overall atmosphere is great. I feel like Jeremiah and Mayra see me and treat me as a whole person, not just a rent check, and they want me to live in a place that feels like home. I’m planning to re-lease here next year, both for the quality and comfort of my unit and especially because of them and how they work to make it feel like District will continue to be able to meet my needs even if those needs change.
